It could be an effect of lowering levens of T in your body. Could also be enhanced by your body healing from such major surgery and the energy it uses to heal. But everyone reacts different on low/no T. Some notice it within a week, others (me) after weeks. The calm feels great.

Yes I do once in a while since my castration. I love it to lose erections. Emotionally I don't seem to notice much difference. My bones became a bit less dence according to X-Rays, so it is important to stay healthy and use some hormones.

I'm around 7 years being castrates. Since then I'm on and off hormones so it took about 7 years to get my bone density geting less. But it is not really bad, no osteoporosis. But I have to watch out for it getting worse. My bone density isn't getting better.

Even though I'm 'just castrated' and not nullified, I was thinking the same. A urethrostomy between the legs like Nullobear has, seems much more practical. But if you like how it is now, it is ok of course. I would never have this dilemma since I have a urostomy bag.
