A tremendous effort from the kids last night in a terrific cup final with Broomhouse PS. An amazing support backed the team who completed their quest for the EPSSA Cup 🏆 only formed in late February, the kids have came on leaps and bounds 💪⚽️ A P4 and P5 in the team too 🤯
This time last year we didn’t have a football team. Tonight our amazing team lifted the EPPSA cup! We are so hugely proud! ⚽️ 🥇

Wow! Our kids are amazing! Despite the weather, we had roughly 50 kids rock up to our big run before school. We collective ran a whopping 270 laps of our school building! Well done to the families and staff that joined in too ❤️

Blindfolds. Woods. Excited Kids. What could possibly go wrong? Today in Maths we were identifying 3D shapes through their properties by using only our sense of touch. We also had to communicate effectively with our partners to guide them safely through the natural obstacles 😅

Not sure I’ve fully recovered yet but today’s P6/7 High Jump inter-house competition did not disappoint. Our gold medalists in P6 and P7 just kept jumping and jumping 😂😂 which one managed to take the school record? 🌟 An electric atmosphere 😅

Today was our big topic debate! We discussed whether Scotland would be able to host a major sporting event. Half the class argued FOR and the other half petitioned against it. We explored topics such as infrastructure (stadiums etc), transport, tourism, finance and human rights.
We really enjoyed watching the P5 debate in

’s class as part of their Fair or Foul topic, linked to Human Rights and the World Cup. This is the class viewing a little intro video before the debate began.
