I’ve been using a lot of duck analogies recently. - water off a duck’s back - be like a duck: calm on the surface, and paddle like hell - ducks in a row - sitting duck - lame duck Now mother nature thinks I’m a duck. I cannot swim in business attire! 😭

I spent hours yesterday fighting with ChatGPT to help me format some information I'm using to gear up for session. Today, I switched over to Google's NotebookLM, and not only is it faster, but it's much more accurate. My favorite feature so far is its polite way of telling me to reread its outputs. "Unfortunately, the table I provided cannot preserve hyperlinks [previous conversation]. The data was formatted for easy transfer to a spreadsheet, which does not support active hyperlinks [previous conversation]."

Texas Assn of Manufacturers (@TXManufacturers) CEO Tony Bennett, no not that one, explains that everything is heading toward advanced manufacturing. Having a reliable and affordable infrastructure is key to facilitating a booming Texas economy. Business leaders are having to become experts in electricity to be able to accurately forecast their economic trajectories. #txlege

Congressman @WillHurd uses the invention of the toaster as an apt metaphor for the use of AI in education and business. “The toaster didn’t replace the baker; it just allowed folks to make toast when they want some toast!” #txlege
