Love this. Definitely gives me some other ideas on how to reward production instead of punishing failure!
Instead of punishing failure, REWARD the outcome you're trying to produce.🔑 I.e. the pitcher who executes the most consecutive quality pitches in his pen gets to pick the music at the next team lift. As coaches, we can shape focus/attention, which impacts the outcome. 5/
