A pitcher with several years of big league service who I work with sent me this picture of his catch play target that he created while remote. But I have high school pitchers who complain about throwing a bullpen to a 9-pocket. Success leaves clues!

An elite coach can coach, lead, or teach - doesn’t matter the circumstances or the sport. Feel like they could change sports once they understand enough about the new game and still be successful.
If you’ve got “secrets” in your program you’re kidding yourself. Being an elite coach is far less about what we do, but about how we do it. And you can’t steal that.
