I've driven 4,515 kms and still stayed in the states.

My hubby has HIV (Which is an immunocompromised causing virus), and he is fully vaccinated. Not sure what is causing yours, but you should definitely talk to your doctor about getting vaccinated. Just be cautious while out getting the vaccine, as anti-vaxxers are everywhere.
