Top 5 things to do if you want to drop fat.
1. High protein from varied sources
2. High volume / lower cal foods
3. A little bit more walking
4. A little bit less alcohol
5. Two fun cardio sessions per week
Small changes can = big results
Do you need to give up alcohol to lose weight?
Put it this way,
@KatMerchant14
is one of the most shredded people I know.
I see her royal fitness guzzling wine down like it’s going out of fashion most evenings.
So no.
Here’s what our most successful weight loss clients have in common.
They are ready.
Ready to give up on crash diets
Ready to give up on long boring cardio
And ready to build positive habits that they can keep up forever.
If you want to lose weight
Don't train to burn calories.
Train to:
✅ Get fitter
✅ Or stronger
✅ Or to run faster
✅ Or to jump higher
Anything.
Just don't go to the gym on a calorie counting mission.
Spent hours building a website - waste of time 😩.
Same for obsessing over a new logo.
Real growth started after ditching creative tasks and doing the stuff I was putting off:
For example, having human conversations with potential clients.
From clueless to 100k in my first year with my online fitness business.
If I could go back in time and apply what I know now, I would have built it 5x faster.
Here’s a list of what I wish I’d known when I started.
I hope it helps.

10/ Stop learning & start doing
You can get paralyzed by information.
At some point, you just need to dive in and go for it.
I spent weeks researching and making plans
All of which went out the window pretty quickly.
Get started and learn on the fly.
A few things you should know:
1. I was clueless, if I could do it, you can
2. It takes a lot of hard work
3. People will doubt you - ignore them
4. You will get rejected - get used to it - it doesn't stop

9/ You’re going to have to sell your service.
Start practicing asap.
I was awful on my first sales call.
I got slightly less awful each time.
I’m still not the best “natural” salesperson.
But I can follow my system and sign up clients.
Start asap.
The number 1 reason diets fail.
Our all-or-nothing mentality.
If you miss one day of training…who cares?
If you have one bad meal…who cares?
It’s all part of the process.
You don't need to change your training plan all the time.
Your muscles don't need shocking.
Stick to a routine, lift more or do more reps and repeat for a while.
3/ Just post it.
I sucked at writing content and HATED posting it.
I did it anyway.
Some of my old posts on social are impressively boring.
But I gradually improved and it got me to 6-figures in my first 12 months.
Consistently getting content out is vital.
Want to get super strong. These are my top 3 strength training methods 💪
1. Wendler 5/3/1. One of the best programmes there is.
2. 5x5. Squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press, bent-over row. Underrated.
3. The Walker Method. Best programme in the world...(DM for info)
6/ Don’t compete on price.
You need time to work with your clients to get them epic results
If you don’t charge enough, you need more clients
Too many clients = your time spread too thin = not delivering the best service
Are you a great coach? Your price should reflect that.
4/ Have a SYSTEM.
A process you can follow every time - so you’re not making this up as you go along.
For creating content.
For engaging with your audience.
For qualifying leads.
For booking sales calls.
For delivering your programme or service.
For everything.
1/ Get super clear on who you serve and the outcome you provide.
Forget the features of your programme or service - no one cares.
Who do you help and what do you help them do??
This will make everything that follows 100x easier.
5/ Be a leader.
Your ability to lead your client through their transformation is far more important than:
A. Super technical knowledge
B. Loads of “stuff” in your programme
How can you get your client to the outcome they want as efficiently for them as possible?
Lead.

8/ Don’t hire a Virtual Assistant.
No matter how many messages you get!
Do everything yourself, get good at it & create the systems.
Then when you do hire you’ll be able to train them to be awesome.
I wouldn’t hire before you’re well past 100k though!
@Codie_Sanchez
When I realised this it was a game-changer. A note to 2019 me: it was pretty pointless having a programme and not being able to sell it.
7/ Your imposter syndrome will go away.
It took me a while but eventually, I settled into my role as a business owner and coach.
To be successful you have to do some stuff that isn’t comfortable.
But, if you do that stuff, know that others won’t and that will make you top 1%.
Use your weight loss journey to set yourself up for long-term success.
Build positive habits that make you feel like a new person:
✅ More productive
✅ Better energy & mood
Here’s how 👇 (1/8)
2/ Build an audience by providing value.
“Value” doesn't mean to just provide information.
Inspire, uplift, entertain AND educate.
If your audience knows what you do...
Why you do it...
& that you are really good at doing it...
Then they are 100x more likely to buy.
