It's one thing to abuse a referee, and a completely separate matter to call out horrendous decisions.
Any referee who did their homework for this game would have penalised Ireland tenfold.

My experience at the RWC final was almost exactly the opposite of yours.
Sat with 3 Frenchmen from Castre. They started out supporting the All Blacks but after a bit of back and forth ended up cheering the Boks to victory!

100%. 2 of their goals have been questionable as well. Second was never a free kick and fourth looked like a genuine foul from the stands.
Let's not forget the lino constantly letting city play on when it's clearly offside but flagging Brighton immediately.
