1/ As a lone parent/ carer my carers allowance was recently reviewed. It took about 8 weeks of stress & gathering of info. Then once that was done I got a letter in the post reviewing Jack’s medical card. We had just got home from a stint in hospital. We were both exhausted.

1/ Yet another disappointment today when we went to Tramore beach while on holidays in Co. Waterford. We didn’t have internet access to book the beach wheelchair & it wasn’t possible to book by phonecall. We got through to the girl in charge & she said only one client per day.
