@Gmwetz @vijayiyer312 @IpLongCovid It think it is complicated and different across people. In my area, I think the ANS plays an important role, along with the immune and vascular systems (among others!). The ANS regulates blood vessel function in every tissue, so dysregulation of the ANS can cause many issues.

@doc4care No one has been able to reproduce the results using the same assays. There are "microclots" in both controls and LC groups.
