76/M with chest pain on n off x 2 days.. No active symptoms during ecg 1 on top and repeat ecg at the bottom done after 5 hours. Known Hypertensive and underwent CABG in 2008. No old ecgs available. Thoughts on V2 and v6?Septal MI? @smithECGBlog @BrooksWalsh @AslangerE @EM_RESUS
