The House just overwhelmingly passed a bill capping the monthly cost of insulin in Connecticut at $25 (for people on state-regulated health plans). Other glucose-lowering drugs are also capped at $25/month, and insulin supplies (syringes, pumps, etc.) are capped at $100/month.
