@MatthewPease @FINRA Maybe security might want to be a defendant for obstruction of justice. Why are they giving service processors a hard time? Maybe they just want a judge to give a summary judgement on them.

@Greenhills303 Funny part is OTCB was technically turned off in November of 21 after it started trading pink. We know they just changed the name but is still operating it as the xadf. Finra is full of fraud.

@Giftsonglass I looked into the OTC markets but unfortunately not enough evidence to nail them yet. Still looking into them for the future. The Caveat Emptor designation should of possibly came out if FINRA did inform them of the fraud radars going on December 5th.
