@_TraderZero_ I'm reading the plain English. They are charged with regulating these markets and this is an admission of failure, ergo it becomes part of my arguments against them in US District Court on Monday. Its regulatory failure.

Did USAID coordinate with SEC/FINRA to make sure the financial institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina could launder shorts as effectively as the Cayman Islands or certain EU banks?
