No, I got the information from that website - it has an option to download to Excel at the top of the List (example attached) You have to look carefully, most of the pre-Democratic (before 1994) laws were repealed - scroll to the right to see that information (example attached) If you delete all the repealed laws, you remain with 142 which are still valid which are Race Based. - 32 before 1994 - 110 after 1994
