Think there’s some pretty gnarly adverse selection in here. Would guess the bulk of respondents are goobers from Eaton Vance who think they work for a hedge fund. Real guys ain’t responding to this nonsense

If you are <30 in NYC, the living situation is grim.
Everywhere been overtaken by zombie hoards. Unfortunately the hive seems to be the W. 4th subway, so even WV is overrun.
Tribeca the last hope to not get accosted by crazies, but a ghost town.

Didn’t expect this to get so much engagement. Appreciate views from all. Currently saving 20% pre-tax / 40% post-tax. “Saving” doesn’t include mortgage payments which in theory isn’t true burn, but whatever. Y’all make me want to save more!

I get this sucks, but to be honest it’s really not that hard to avoid. This isn’t Diameter hosing Canyon, then next time Canyon hosing Diameter. It’s Barings getting hosed, just over and over and over.
