This isn't true. A Secretary of State (only 5 I think resigned) gets £17k. Ministers of State (maybe a few dozen?) get £8k. The rest were PPS's or trade envoys which are unpaid bag carriers. So no payout for them.

Black people are a bit more socially conservative on average, but we tend to vote Labour because the Tories are seen as racist. This could change if Labour don't get their act together. Although the Tories push racist policies, they promote black MPs and treat them well

When politicians are specifically targeting and trying to appeal to Jewish voters, this is fine, but when it's Muslim voters it's sectarian politics. This is what I'm saying about the racism Labour frequently has towards different voters.
Big challenge for Labour moving forwards is countering sectarian politics that masquerades as being community based ..such as this. Alarming that this succeeded in Leicester South. Important that progressive voices in every community, including mine, develop strategies.
