Kenyans, which constitution governs the Republic of Kenya? Does the president have his own other than the one known and understood by the Citizens of the Republic of Kenya? Chapter 4 article 25 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kenya says: Despite any other provision in this Constitution, the following rights and fundamental freedoms shall not be limited- (a) freedom from torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment; (b) freedom from slavery or servitude; (c) the right to a fair trial; and (d) the right to an order of habeas corpus. Article 29 says: Every person has the right to freedom and security of the person, which includes the right not to be- (a) deprived of freedom arbitrarily or without just cause; (b) detained without trial, except during a state of emergency, in which case the detention is subject to Article 58; (c) subjected to any form of violence from either public or private sources; (d) subjected to torture in any manner, whether physical or psychological; (e) subjected to corporal punishment; or (f) treated or punished in a cruel, inhuman or degrading manner. The governing regime of President William Ruto has already gone against constitutional articles 25 and 29 and therefore the President has no right to govern the republic as is, he is ripe for impeachment by the citizens of the Republic! YOU CANNOT MURDER, TORTURE, ABDUCT AND DEGRADE US AND STILL RULE OVER US, AND DEMAND RESPECT AND LOVE FROM US!
