In college, I was in a tech research lab. Every day when I walked in, I’d flip the lights on.
One day, I took the day off. One of my coworkers later told me that the team coded in darkness all day.
I was sitting in a co-work with 10 people and the lights were off for an hour.
I turned the lights on.

2. Find a routine
This is the hardest part for me. Moving throws off my routine every time. Now, as soon as I arrive at a new place, I figure out my plan for groceries, working out, coworking, etc. Planning these simple things upfront makes a big difference.
