@DGlaucomflecken I had LASIK when I was about 30, and it was fabulous! As I was pushing 50, my left eye aged down to -3.5, so I went in hoping for a tune-up, but they identified a small cataract and did a lens replacement instead. Got a multifocal IOL, and have been pretty much 20/20 since.
