Making such phony promises to journalists who are already experiencing all kinds of subjugation and oppression under your administration is easier said than done.
Congrats to Somali journalists on World Press Freedom Day. Journalism is noble profession & Penal Code of 1964 will be reformed to ensure it is not used against journos. My administration fully supports the de-criminalisation of journalism & free expression through legal reform.
