I adopted a *very* curious kitten when my sons were all home from college for the summer. Despite my best efforts but for obvious reasons, my kiddos called him The Terrorist and it stuck. Try calling the vet and giving that name for an appointment. 🤦🏼♀️

As a Christian, I have a difficult time with using the Bible as a weapon, not a guide. It is impossible for me to reconcile the “Christian Right” narrative with biblical teachings. It’s entirely- as you note- a bridge that simply can’t be crossed.

I had three teenaged boys, two of whom were hockey goalies who *easily* ate 6000 calories a day. We went through a gallon of milk a day. I can’t imagine who needs 12 gallons of milk/week. 🙄

It is hard to watch. A friend’s son died in a public bathroom from an overdose when he was 24. Hunter Biden is a recovering addict, not dead and buried, and that’s a damn miracle. His recovery is pro-life…but logic and compassion are absent in most Republicans these days.
