@TfL hello, at Norwood Junction station, why does the announcement voice not say when a Thameslink service goes through? All it says is just service, doesn’t say the operator whereas it does for London overground and Southern services. Thanks.

@BCPCouncil @David98678559 Hello, I’m not sure how long this has been an issue for, but the first crossing at the bus stop near Royal Bournemouth Hospital, stop B, has no cone underneath, only an area where it should be. Massive issue for visually impaired users of this area. Thanks.
