@DPinnoise A freight train was being held near Leighton Buzzard (due to a cracked windscreen) which has unfortunately delayed some of our services, I am sorry about this -Leah

@EmmaBal49442684 1/2 I appreciate that Emma and I am sorry for any unclear communication. As the team investigate the issue on-site there is inevitably a delay in the news reaching the control room, and then us updating journey planners/station screens etc. from there.

@EddWPickering 1/2 I do apologise for the inconvenience or any discomfort caused by using a busier train, however delay-repay is only claimable when your journey has been delayed by more than 15 minutes, therefore if the 2nd train arrives within that time period you cannot claim.

@EddWPickering You can claim delay-repay for delays of over 15 minutes here: If the next service arrives within 15 minutes of your original trains arrival time then you will not be able to claim -Leah
