This is Ulverston where @northern propose to cut staffed hours from 13 to 2 hours a day + none on Sunday if the ticket office closes There is no alternative TVM & they’ll be NO staff So you couldn’t buy ticket or cross the barrow crossing as need staff to assist across tracks

I’m worried this will take away our legal right to turn up and go and I don’t understand how cutting 2000 jobs and destaffing stations will improve passenger assistance when it isn’t reliable now even if you book.

It’s the system failure that stops people travelling. Back to TUAG. If stations are de staffed we will lose the right to get on a train as non disabled people are able to do. No spontaneous travel. Notice to the HoL please don’t table legislation I might want to do on Thursdays
