Take psyllium pills & dbl dosage b4 event. I take 6 couple days b4 a FF ssssion (3 in morning/3 b4 bed). Drink PLENTY of h20. Guys say limit eating but I never do. You need energy for FF session so I eat Wtf I want but avoid fast food & heavy rich food (no burgers, no pasta).

Intentional breathing has been a game changer. it calms me down. if my hole starts to feel tired or is “resistant” to taking a bit more in depth big deep breath in & out cools things down & level set. At first I felt silly with breathing exercises but now I don’t care, it works

I literally just incorporated this into my training. I do 5 sets of 20 on my warm up toy and then 3 sets of sitting on my toy for 15 seconds, 20 seconds then 30. I’m trying to work myself up to a minute

What’s worked 4 me is training with depth toys to get my mind & body used to that unfamiliar feeling & I use my FF session with my bud to reinforce the training & familiarize myself with the new inch. Also there is POWER in breathing. Big deep breath in & out is a game changer

A good day it takes me 45 min w/breaks to clean. I’ve learned to change diet day B4 a session. I stick to food that will go down easy: oatmeal, veggies, soup, fish. I stay away from alcohol, meat/poultry, fast food, anything caloric, heavy carb. I drink LOTS of h20 throughout day

When U say lock in do U mean it slips out? If so, get a plug harness. It works. I plug 2-3x/wk for bout 3hrs. I start with my SML for 30, then my MED for 30, & then 30 min on my largest, & rest of time in my medium and comfy plug. With all I use my harness to prevent slipping

1) I take psyllium pills daily: 2 in morning, 2 lunch & 2 at night 2) breakfast is oatmeal mM-F. I have a 1/2c as a shake or just regular. Without fail I shit every morning within an hr from getting up, 75% of the time. This has led to easy cleaning for FF or toy workout

I lived in NYC 10 years and love it but left 4 years ago. I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not the same city anymore & the cost is just not worth it. I used to say the benefit outweighs the cost but not anymore.
