In Augt 2024, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the dismissal of this lawsuit, ruling that the plaintiffs lacked standing under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act. SEC should go after Elon, not Lucid!

@LetsGoLucid2022 CCIV is long gone, and Lucid adjusted its guidance. Toss that unless youāre keeping it as a souvenir or to hold against Lucid. Either way, it does nothing! My wife wanted my kid to be an ME, he wanted to be a software devā¦ now he IS an MD doctor. Reality counts!š

While the CCIV presentation forecasted 49k in 2025, Lucid has since adjusted its targets based on real-world production scaling, demand, and market condns. CCIV didn't forecast many things! Profitability timelines and prodtn goals are fluid.

@LetsGoLucid2022 @Lucid_12235 @LucidMotors They aim for 1 million car by 2030's, so let just say 2035, 10 yrs from now. 2024 was 10k, so they only need to do 50% yoy and be 1 million by then. PIECE OF CAKE if we think about it (do the math?) Tesla went thru the same thing, and Lucid can do better, nothing magic here!

The recent anncnt doesnāt impact the expected prodtn growth**, but est 1M cars, only represents 20% of its full potential, that's 2x Tesla! š¤£

@lurazh @WhiteMillions Institutions adding a few million shares wonāt move the needle when Lucid > 3B shares. Plus, while some buy, others sell. Stock price moves on many factors, not just institutional holdings! Good thing is, these are long-term holders, which is better for the stock in the long run!
