@GBNEWS Thank you for covering this GB News. The recent censorship of @profnfenton is concerning too. His paper querying the statistics UK Government/ONS were using was refused from being published. Please interview him. Something unethical is going on. We are being manipulated.

@DrutangAtHome I share this not to inflame but inform others. If you are concerned that your loved one or yourself could also have a poor reaction to the vaccine (but feel like you have no choice but to get it) please supplement with magnesium glycinate for a few weeks before & stay taking it.

@datepsych Like many people she don't realise ALL decision-making is made by our whole nervous system which is linked to emotions. There is no ability to separate these two aspects out. All decisions are emotionally driven.
Study into decison-making methods for uncertainty. “This research shows that data-driven decision-making is not the panacea in all situations and may not result in increased accuracy when facing uncertainty.".

Those with #longcovid and who are active Reddit Users have been formally data mined to see what supplements and/or medications they self report as helping them in this paper: . Guess what is in the top three - yes above steroids or even niacin. the olde magnesium!

@maggyvaneijk This is a society issue. Because we are now overly child centric (due to safeguarding & expectations) children now come before parents in the hierarchy. This is a lose/lose. When parents are given proper respect & support everyone benefits. A child feels safer knowing their role.

@William86252626 @ImBillRay Yeah. No. When you do not know someone, have never met them irl and only online, you only have their words to judge their intentions on. And if you are a 'go slower' or 'proper commitment' type of woman wanting a peek of a tan AND expecting to see my tan later are red flags.

@Parsifaler Been trying to tel you for about 7 months that magnesium is the biggest part of the solution for many reasons Walter. Glad you are starting to piece together why.

@Parsifaler Magnesium regulates the permeability of the endothelium. Not enough Mg = leaky endothelium.

Top #biohacks for increasing your #melatonin . Melatonin production happens 24 hours a day - this goddess healer and master antioxidant is not only a night-time pineal gland thing!. Melatonins regulates so much including your:.💎glucose.💎lipids.💎leptin (hunger drive).💎insulin.

They ran a trial which was successful but are in waves 4+5 so have yet to have time to write it up. This is cheap and accessible and will be saving lives.

@dvdjaco @PeakTobi 100% was going to write something similar: . Your "one secret habit" is to keep your wife happy and supported while she does all the work in your home and with your children (or you pay for other people to do those things as your earn far better than average to afford 'help').

If I was trying to reduce my own #cancer I would eat these every day:. 1. Asparagus: 4+ lengths.2. Green Apple: 1 - 2 a day.3. Celery sticks: 4+ lengths.4. Berries: lots.4. Tryptophan rich foods. Give plants thorough wash to reduce pesticides. Mg supplementation too of course!.

@mcneilly_alex You waste life by orientating yourself too heavily with outcomes rather than the delights of the journey, moments, and relationships within it. Most men will not confess to this grave error taking this regret to their grave instead. Working hard is over-rated so relax.

@Parsifaler The spike protein is only able to damage the endothelium as magnesium is not there to protect it. Magnesium deficiency is the real underpinning concern here.

@Covid19Crusher Treatments available helping loads of folks but takes 1-3 years for trials due to red tape:.1) Quercetin + Vit C + Zinc + Tumeric.2) Magnesium.3) Selenium.4) Thiamine & niacin.5) Probiotics.6) Collagen.7) Colostrum.8) Darkness & safety to naturally increase your melatonin levels.

@DrutangAtHome The other element of this is to increase melatonin production. This protects against:. myocarditis: blood clots: plus many other things. I deduce the reason folks have Vx injuries is due to low magnesium & melatonin status.

Magnesium stops cytokine storms, TNF-α & IL-6 production. #covid19. "These findings establish a new paradigm for innate immunoregulation, whereby magnesium plays a critical regulatory role in NF-κB activation, cytokine production, & disease pathogenesis".

Hello lovely people. Today I'm tapping out. This was my first tweet about magnesium after I realised it was significant to SARS-CoV-2 outcomes. If you notice the date you'll see it was 2 years ago.
@farid__jalali This sounds like magnesium should be the primary weapon of choice when you have put it this way. could patients have low magnesium like so many of the population have? The low Na diet fab did the world no favours either!.

The more I read & learn about nutrition (across the whole spectrum of substances) the more I understand that many of our modern health issues stem from not eating enough nutrient dense animal based food. #meat #fish #health #meatmafia #diet.

Thread to gather together some key pieces of research about Vitamin D (which is a hormone your body makes from sunlight exposure and cholesterol) & other substances. Key take-away: you need adequate magnesium levels to make your own hormone D. #VitaminD #magnesium #deficiency.

Along with magnesium glycinate I drink bone broth daily with a pinch of sea salt* & vitamin C foods. I add garlic or onion powder for sulfur & herbs to taste. I use a powder usually but here's a recipe: *Sea salt from close to where you were born is best.

@Johnincarlisle @YouTube Please be mindful to not recommend vitamin D without magnesium - the actual substance that is the root cause deficiency for covid outcomes & low D levels. Vitamin D LOWERS magnesium further so using it before-hand without knowing this relationship may cause poorer covid outcomes.

@DrJohnB2 @Harvard2H Magnesium underpins vitamin D levels. Needed for creating, storing and using vitamin D. Magnesium status is where the focus should be but blood tests do not indicate cell/organ/tissue level but often assumed it does.

@rustyrockets @Cobratate Off your rockets on this one Russ. This guy is a massive exploiter - wherever he can feed on money and power, usually to the detriment of others, he will do. Nothing off the table: he exploits young women, lonely men, guideless boys, religion, politics. .

@Parsifaler @SmokeChaser19 Both of which are caused by magnesium lack. "Mg shows interesting abilities to facilitate toxin clearance, reduce neuroinflammation, inhibit the pathologic processing of amyloid protein precursor (APP) as well as the abnormal tau protein phosphorylation".

Melatonin dysregulation is the main issue underpinning 21st Century disease in my opinion. This is @DorissLoh specialist subject - you should consider following. Main reasons for melatonin dysregulation:.😵magnesium deficiency.😵too much electric light use.😵not enough sun.

As the nervous system needs plenty of magnesium and thiamine (Vitamin B1) to function properly my guess would be that #BritainsTourettesMystery is actually hugely linked to nutritional deficiency. Anxiety & socialisation link IS possible. Stress can increase magnesium wasting.

@JoeyDevlin_ Melatonin dysregulation caused by a number of issues including:. 1. iron dysregulation & high tissue iron levels.2. magnesium deficiency.3. eating food that are not nutritionally dense so energy is used for little gains.4. electric lights causing cortisol production.5. trauma.

When a scientist does not agree with the majority position bad things can happen. This happened to aluminium researcher Dr Chris Exley while at @KeeleUniversity . This is his substack blog explaining how aluminium forms can have negative effects on life:

Magnesium is the #1 mineral deficiency in the body. So I talk about it a lot. Cos not too many people know the situation and blood tests don't indicate Mg level in your body!. #missingmagnesium.

Early treatment for #COVID19 is essential. Weirdly magnesium has not been fully studied for covid outcomes but all these things have:. I recommend quercetin 500mg and zinc 30mg twice a day (along with magnesium gycinate).

@Parsifaler @aimeefoster No it is not. The lack of glutathione due to increased demand is the reason for slow DNA repair.
