The real heros of China. Talk about speaking truth to power, these folks risk everything to break through the state-run propaganda, one leaflet at a time...
Since the persecution started in 1999, Falun Gong practitioners have raised awareness through Samizdat-like underground printing sites. They deliver homemade flyers door to door across the country to expose gov’t lies and abuses, at great risk of harm if caught.

In 2002, I was arrested on Tiananmen Square while protesting the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong. With me that day was Jason Loftus, who's production company just released a striking insight into the dark, and deeply disturbing world of CCP brainwashing:
The persecution of Falun Gong has been unrelenting for over 24 years. Between July and September, over 100 practitioners received prison sentences of up to 9 years.

The US and human rights orgs are starting to recognize repression of the Falun Gong spiritual movement in China as including forced organ harvesting, torture, and imprisonment. It's time to recognize it as a genocide. My comments in the National Interest:

is turning heads and rightly so. Bold, dramatic...touches a deep nerve, and gets us thinking. Good to see the former secretary of state enjoyed it. If it's playing in your city, don't miss it:
My friend Miles Yu & I went to see Unsilenced - a moving, honest, scathing indictment of the CCP. The truth of Xi & his predecessors' utter depravity & the power-driven horrors they've inflicted cannot be denied. This movie unsilences the wonderful Chinese people, go see it.

Bravo U.S. Gov & Secretary Blinken. This Chinese official is the source of much horror and pain...good to see the U.S. take this action. As the news spreads among the CCP's security apparatus, it will very likely make some think twice about perpetrating further abuses.
Today, the United States designated a Chinese Communist Party official for his involvement in the arbitrary detention of Falun Gong practitioners. We will continue to promote accountability for those responsible for religious freedom violators around the world.
Gao Rongrong used to babysit for one of the young women who lives in our town (when they lived in China). She was absolutely devastated to hear what happened to Gao. We all were.
Ms. Gao Rongrong, a 37-year-old accountant at an art college in Shenyang, China had a radiant smile, and joyful disposition. All that changed when she was unlawfully detained and tortured as part of the nation-wide campaign to crush Falun Gong. 2/2

Excellent piece on a disturbing trend of the Chinese regime trying to malign, silence groups here in the U.S. who show the world how wonderful traditional Chinese culture was... before the commies came in and tried to destroy it all.
The horrific 'n-word' fueled terrible human suffering amid the slave trade. The Nazi use of 'Untermensch' for the Jews fueled a genocide. Today, the CCP uses 'cult' to dehumanize Falun Gong, resulting in widespread imprisonment, torture, and death.
The term was not arrived at by scholars of religion, nor sociologists, or psychologists. Nor was it the consensus of the government.
Rather, it was a political move, one engineered by an identifiable individual. That person was Jiang Zemin, then head of China’s communist party.
