The effort is nationwide, far from Wuhan. The regime's repressive apparatus churns on - in Shandong, Zhejiang, Guangdong. Tibetans punished for offering prayers. Falun Gong pracs for handing out leaflets. And like Gui Minhai, prosecutions and sentencing of activists continue.
