The constant gaslighting of yourself is so exhausting. Keep going. 🫶
Not having ADHD meds or accommodations is constantly fighting to push past the mental barrier in order to do sometimes the basic/standard things and doing this over and over again until, you eventually get diagnosed/some support - which was my case
