I cannot lie, I'm devasted by the loss of my friend who in my Mayoral campaign gave me so much support.
The people of Bolton were truly lucky to have this fine man as the leader of their Council - His loss is a loss to all.
We have just learned the very sad news that our dear friend and Bolton Council Leader, Cllr David Greenhalgh, has sadly passed away.
He was greatly respected and had many friends both in the town hall and the wider Bolton community.
