If you're in South Africa illegally, being treated in clinics means you're getting those services free of charge-riding on the backs of S.A.citizens/tax payers-that's unfair. Sending them to a Dr means they will pay for their own treatment and that's fair.

I worked for Kfc a long time ago, if i had to rate their level of cleanliness i'd give them a 9 out of 10. What you're narrating here is unheard of! We ate Kfc for lunch if we felt like and as we were entitled to. The outlet you work for must be really nasty!
