Highly recommend. They should open it to PIs next time :)
What is Night Science? It’s the creative part of the process, where we come up with the ideas that will be tested later in Day Science mode. It’s like being in another world that is hard to explain, but you know it when you get there. Join us on Tuesday at the Harvard Workshop!

Beautiful work! Figure 7 is insightful. TME changes in response to tumor regression can be bystander events. To show CD8+ T-cell depletion partially hinders anti-tumor effect of KrasG12V targeting points to a function contribution. I am curious about the increase in M1-like cells
Ready, set, degrade! So proud to share our work in @jclinicalinvest, establishing a versatile approach for creating transgenic dTAG mice to degrade oncoproteins. We showcase that KRAS G12V degradation triggers antitumor immunity in lung cancer. Link: 🧵

Could not agree more! We need to support the entire spectrum of science, fundamental to translational. Funding basic science is critical as our predictive power for translation is limited.
One of the most surprising lessons for me in 30 years in science is how it's essentially impossible to predict what major scientific breakthroughs will emerge or where they'll emerge from. But how we fund science is mostly based on the assumption that we can make such predictions
