How does a child make it all the way to grade 11 without being able to read? 🤔
VERY unpopular opinion: If a child graduates from grade 11 and cannot read or write, I blame the parents. My child cannot be in my house for 17 years and can't read unless he has a disability that makes it extremely difficult. Can't be (mainly) the schools' fault...
