I hesitated starting Chicago Bulls Central for two years. My dad called me out and basically said I was a bitch if I didn’t pull the trigger. Now 10 months into this journey we’ve grown the platform to what it is.
I’m living my dream
Yes Zach Lavine will be back on a max contract
No they aren't trading him for Michtell (dumb idea btw)
Yes BD will be back as head coach (team is still paying Boylen and won't cut BD with two years left)
No Marc Jackson isn't the answer
Derrick Jones Jr. tonight:
20 PTS
7 REB
1 STL
2 BLK
6/6 2PT
2/5 3PT
DJJ is best known for his dunks, but he’s carved out a really nice career; at 26 years old he’s an 8-year NBA pro having his best season yet, averaging 9.7 PPG on 65% TS as a starter for the 9-3 Mavs.
#MFFL
A phone call with my pops ended with him saying “you’re acting like a b*tch for not starting that Bulls podcast yet” sent me on a journey that has been nothing but a blessing. We ARE NOT DONE!
Bulls central finished 2023 with a little over 3.5 million views for the year.
27 days into January 2024 and we have 1.3 million views.
Y’all playing I’m working
Bulls fans clamoring for Lauri after seeing how he has developed but scream about wanted Pwill to be shipped out are confusing. Players take time to develop.
You'd think Bulls fans would have learned that after seeing how many ayers developed after they left us.
Bulls fans wanted
PJ Tucker, TJ Warren, Mo Bamba and Hartenstien
DJJ, Drummond and Dragic are making less combined than most of those players and are having better seasons.
The only one on that list I’d still take is Hartenstein
Why y’all need to let AKME cook and chill
Free agent guard Jevon Carter has agreed on a three-year, $20 million deal with the Chicago Bulls, his agents Mark Bartelstein and Reggie Brown of
@PrioritySports
tell ESPN. Carter leaves the Bucks to bring Bulls his perimeter toughness.
The concept of a rebuild doesn’t bother me at all.
But the whinny ass Bulls fans that complain about every move and the fact the front office aren’t doing what they did on their 2k association irritate my damn soul.
Hate to tell you if the Bulls go rebuild it isn’t going to
Everyone talking about Julian Phillips not being able to shoot may end up being surprised. Solid shooter before they changed his shot in college and I’m the combine he made 16/25 threes.
Get the right coach with him and he will be a solid shooter.
Alec Jacoby White deserves to be the story right now in Chicago.
I get that the trade talk and constant trade machine deal is fun for casuals but actual basketball watchers understand what the story should be.
He's turned himself into an impact player based on hard work.
A possible trade between the Bulls and Jazz:
• Bulls
Jordan Clarkson
John Collins
• Jazz
Zach LaVine
Ayo Dosunmu
Chicago and Utah have reportedly held trade discussions. If the Jazz have genuine interest in LaVine, the door is wide open for both sides to reach an agreement.
The Chicago Bulls are signing guard Javonte Green on a 10-day contract, sources tell ESPN. Green — who played 113 games for the Bulls from 2020 to 2023 — played with Santa Cruz of G League this season.
I want to thank
#BullsNation
for embracing me and the show since I started it. I pushed off starting the show for like 5 years because I always thought who the heck would want to listen to a guy who is coming from nothing but passion and love for the

While I’ve been in the camp of moving on from Demar it’s not because of his performance. He’s had some special moments in e Bulls uniform and if it ends this summer it sucks the most we got out of those performances is one playoff victory.
But it’s time
Rather it’s in a Bulls uniform or not I’m excited to see Zach LaVine get back on the court.
Zach LaVine when in rhythm is such a fun player to watch score.
I don’t know if people realize this or not but we do live in a world where two things can be true at the same time!
For example:
You can acknowledge how Zach evolved his game here but still not be happy with how he’s played since the trade situation was made known
You CAN have
Got a voicemail asking if the city of Chicago is why free agents don’t come here… one thing I won’t stand for is any slander of the city of Chicago. Petty Roosevelt makes his return tuhday
The thing I hate most about Bulls fans is when a random rumor comes out then the fanbase will say “yeah we NEED that player”
48 hours ago Darius Garland wasn’t on any of y’all radar now all of a sudden we NEED him. Y’all casual basketball fans are the worse man
The Toronto Raptors are converting two-way guard Javon Freeman-Liberty on a new multiyear NBA contract, agents Keith Glass and Luke Glass told
@TheAthletic
@Stadium
. Freeman-Liberty has averaged 23.8 points, 6.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists for Raptors 905, now earns standard deal.
I was one of 5 creators chosen & given the green light and create weekly content for Bleacher Report with full autonomy to choose the topics and content.
Told yall I create different.
Dumbass sports fans “Zach LaVine wants to leave because he became second fiddle to DeMar”
Reality: DeMar averaged less than two shots more than Zach
Dumbass Sports fans: “Zach wants to be
#1
option. He’s going to LA”
Reality: Oh so he’s going to be
#1
over LeBron?
The amount of Chicago Bulls content creators that don’t actually know shit about the Bulls is concerning. If you just regurgitate what the national media says and don’t have any original thoughts I can’t rock with you.
This team may struggle to get to 25 wins this season and if they keep Billy Donovan as head coach I’m going to lose my shit.
No he’s not the only problem but he is part of the problem and needs to go
Gotta admire the Knicks. They built an OK foundation. Then got Brunson and have continued adding since then.
I HATE THE KNICKS. But gotta respect real game.
I can’t trust anyone who talks a badly about
@Stacey21King
. Literally one of the best people you’ll ever meet and a great sports broadcaster.
Respect to a legend
Couple of things that are going to happen every off season with Bulls fans:
1. The annual Bring Derrick Rose back plans
2. The annual “let’s trade for this guy” even though there’s no realistic way it can happen
3. Mass angst anytime a free agent is signed by another team
I’m about to give my brother
@bulls_troy
some tough love right now.
Stop asking people what type of content you should make. Just make amazing content like you have people. People don’t know what they want until they have it. Do what you are passionate about. You’re amazing!
Bulls fans are so fickle Just two months ago it was "Why would the Bulls draft Marko if they weren't going to play him He's a bust"
Now after one summer league game "he's the future"
See why you should let things develop instead of trying to make quick judgments?
#BullsNation
Bulls fans who complain about the Reinsdorf’s caring more about selling tickets than winning games but then hoping this happens are confusing. This would literally be the exact type of move we hate ownership doing.
Love Rose and want to see him retire a Bull but….
RUMORS:
The Chicago Bulls reportedly reached out to Houston to inquire whether they would be interested in a deal for Zach LaVine that would center around Jalen Green, per
@JakeLFischer
I swear people get up here and complain about moves the team didn’t make with no understanding of how the salary cap works at all.
This ain’t 2k where you can just max out an offer and boom you’ve signed a star.
When we started I said we’d be lucky to get to 2k subs in 3 years. We’re 9 away from 20k and our 3 year anniversary just passed a couple days ago.
#BullsNation
I love you
