"Cake or death?"
"Cake is bad for you."
"The alternative is death and if you don't choose someone else gets to pick for you."
"What flavor is the cake?"
"You can choose the cake and just not eat it."
"Who makes the cake do they donate to anyone I don't like?"
@MuellerSheWrote
Hey doesn't E Jean still have time to oppose that bond?
Seems to me "he defamed again me less than twenty-four hours after getting a third party to front the cash" is pretty solid grounds to insist he pay it himself.
@MuellerSheWrote
Mr. Trump defamed EJC again less than twenty-four hours after securing a supersedeas bond pledge from a third party. Clearly having a layer of insulation from the immediate consequences of his actions has prevented him from learning his lesson.
@kaplanrobbie
should oppose.
@notcapnamerica
He ain't tried that shit for years since Macron beat him at it. Kamala whupped his ass at the debate & he tried to get his balls back but she said no way motherfucker
@lostletterss
@BidenHQ
Because it was universally considered settled law. Nobody thought it was necessary because it was unthinkable that SCOTUS would overturn that precedent.
Take your bad faith trolling elsewhere.
@jimstewartson
If Republican swing states refuse to certify, and SCOTUS allows it...
Then Biden declares that civil laws are no longer functioning and implements martial law.
@RWTrollPatrol
@neal_katyal
You think a judge with less than four years on the bench somehow successfully baited a prosecutor who's been at it for three decades and who has a 97% conviction rate?
@CoCoBNutz
@KamalaHQ
Donald Trump cheated on all three of his wives, including his current one when she'd just given birth. With a porn star whom he later paid $130,000 to keep quiet about it.
@DougJBalloon
I wasn't going to vote for Trump because his disdain for the law turned my stomach. But now that a jury of his peers has found him guilty of 34 felonies, I think he's the most qualified person for the job.
@shanlonwu
@CNN
I think this is pretty strong grounds to oppose the bond - clearly having a third party front the $91 million has insulated him sufficiently from any sense of responsibility that he immediately defamed her again.
E. Jean should insist that he feel the sting directly.
@JudiciaryGOP
@RepDanGoldman
@RepSwalwell
Nobody ever said it wasn't.
It's been tampered with to hell and back though. Nothing on it is the least but reliable as evidence of anything.
@TristanSnell
This is what I've been screaming!
Less than twenty-four hours after securing a bond he defamed her again - he must feel the sting immediately and personally or he'll continue to defame her.

My mom is currently in a coma and expected to die this week from end-stage vascular dementia. I see the signs in Donnie.
He absolutely won't last another 4 years. I don't know if he can even last another 6 months.
@MuellerSheWrote
And then Trump appeals to SCOTUS, who will delay it until after the election.
Jack Smith needs to prepare a report for public consumption.
@OurShallowState
Then it all crashes down,
And you break your crown
And you point your finger but there's no one around
Just want one thing,
Just to play the king
But your castle's crumbled and you're left with just a name
Where's your crown, King Nothing?
