What a flight @AmericanAir 293 New Delhi —> JFK. Great teamwork surgery + nursing + airline crew we rescue a child with an allergic rxn. Diverted to London & saved the day. These are the times I’m proud to be an Intensivist. @SOCCA_CritCare @SCCMPresident ( @SCCM attire by chance !)

Should you stop or continue ACEi/ARBs before surgery? New summary by the STOP-or-NOT trial investigators. No difference in mortality & major complications, but greater incidence of hypotension in patients who continued therapy. #hypotension #surgery #BP
