@JKnussen I attended the event, perth, and Kinross, not shying away from the fact that their is knife crime in their communities. Knife crime just doesn't happen in one city.

I have just got out of the car on the sherrifhall roundabout there was a Dog on the bypass no collar or lead, black Schnauzer type dog managed to stop the the traffic enough get out and pick him up he was very scared and unsure but eventually let me take him. Please share this.
