@MrDanielBuck When done thoughtfully and intentionally, technology integration can be a useful tool. I have not made the switch from paper to screen in my choir classroom though- we use screens for some enrichment activities but our basic process is still paper based.

@MrDanielBuck What state are you in? My state is one of the most “conservative” and the governor hates public education, but we are constantly getting unfunded mandates and requirements from the state for SEL, anti-bullying, etc. that we have to use instructional time for.

@educator4ever36 I’m an elective teacher so I’ve never participated in a true PLC, but from what I’ve observed it’s all about ensuring that teachers have enough time. Our ELA and math teachers get a PLC period daily in addition to their personal planning period. That seems to work for them.
