@JoGarrity1 @MTWnhs I love learning about different cultures and finding out where people have come from. I am from New Zealand and proud to work for MTW. Yet to meet another Kiwi at work though. Surely they must exist?!

Allowing “breathing space” for NHS staff to rest and recover is really important. Challenging though but also an opportunity to do things differently and think creatively!
We must plan now to ensure staff can rest and recover and then create the conditions for a transformed and compassionate approach to health and care for staff and communities
