The kindness and compassion of nurses is why they do what others can barely comprehend- caring for the most vulnerable to provide the best possible life they can live, yet these traits are the reason why they put up with the conditions not many others would. They deserve better.

On the 12th October I’ll be taking part in a fund raiser for the amazing charity @IcklePickles - pushing an incubator around Mountbatten athletics track for 28km!! That’s approx 70 laps!! If anyone wants to join the cause please contact me ❤️

@ejgarner85 I hope this doesn’t cause offence - do you think your uniform has played a part in this? I feel as though students are automatically seen as inferior beings just by the striped tunic, once in scrubs we are treated as more equal - just my experience x

@FirstPortsmouth Thanks Faye- personally I’m not that fussed about £2, it was more the fact that the bus was already full of people who had all paid and even stopped an elderly gentleman getting on as the driver informed him it wasn’t free and had to pay
