📢 📢 Exciting news for the EU nursing workforce! @WHO_Europe has launched "Nursing Action" - a new EU-funded project to address the nursing shortage. 🩺 The project brings together key nursing organizations, including @EFNNMA, @EFNBrussels #ENSA, and #EPSU. EFNNMA Vice President @KarenBjoro attended the launch event in Poland. This initiative will work with EU countries to: Develop strategies to boost nurse retention and recruitment Expand impactful mentorship programs Protect nurses' health, safety, and well-being Implement evidence-based safe staffing practices Integrate innovative digital solutions into nursing workflows This is a critical step to support Europe's essential nursing workforce and improve healthcare delivery across the continent. #NursingAction #HealthWorkforce @WHO_Europe
