The recent heavy rains experienced in Kigezi region have damaged the Kabale-Kisoro road at Hamurwa, leaving Kisoro and Rubanda cut off from the rest of the country.
The road collapsed as a result of heavy floods and has paralyzed transport, leaving several passengers stranded.
