@djc795 @HenryFordHealth The difference between 2023 procedure and 2010 is that we created connection distal to the occluded artery and the corresponding vein. The CS arterialization was good enough to relieve the angina from LAD CTO in the pretense of CS reducer.

@djc795 @HenryFordHealth Correct The PICVA is the first between the LAD and IVV with closure of the same vein We performed it in patient post coronary sinus reducer using coronary wire instead of the Pioneer Device Although we tried to use the Pioneer device but it did not work

The plaque stabilization is just a theory in face of HORIZONE-AMI COMMIT VACTO etc demonstrating that residual CTO is bad. I think complete revasc is important regardless if the non-culprit 80% or 100%
