Honoured to join @APPGforLondon to set out the challenges that are holding back housing delivery in London and outline how @MayorofLondon's next London Plan will prioritise bringing forward the new homes Londoners need.
Parliamentarians, boroughs, housing associations, developers and the GLA came together today to discuss the barriers we face to building the new homes Londoners need. It was clear that addressing viability challenges is the most effective way to unlocking new homes in London.

Earlier today, @MayorofLondon and Deputy Mayor @JulesPipe joined @LondonFire Commissioner Andy Roe on a visit to meet local firefighting crews at Old Kent Road Fire Station and see first-hand some of the improvements the brigade has made to keep all Londoners safe.
