Get a taste of Victorian life with this late 19th c. dolls' house, that belonged to Amy Miles. Extremely luxurious, it had gendered spaces, servants' quarters and designated children's areas as well as geyser for heating the bath water.

This Tate Baby House was made in England and modelled on a real life town house in Dorset, owned by Mrs Walter Tate 🎀

A proof of human ingenuity! In the mid-19th c. toys such as this one made of a pine cone and wire were the only ones available to working class children. They would be sold in small shops, sold alongside cheap pastry and sweets.
