Thanks to @GrassrootsWS, I have put together a mini-workshop on how to use #WYRMath in the classroom, both in person and remotely. Would You Rather Math is more accessible than ever, and I'd love to have you join me on this journey: #mtbos #iteachmath

I guess it’s a “clean the poop that the cleaner tried to clean but didn’t know it was poop because it’s a robot” kind of day. Robots are so cool. I guess we need to upgrade the @iRobot

@cluzniak The overwhelming majority chose B, which I understand. I happily debated on behalf of of A with a few students from each period, as we reminded folks of how a steady income creates less stress. Overall, it was a fun way to start each class.

@GLAitchison @mathycathy This is part of our finals review. 1 week in class working exclusively on graphing the 5 function families (great review), then 1 week where it's left open for them to work outside of class (or in it if time permits). What new material are you covering in Math 3 right now?

One really cool byproduct of the project was that every single student who attempted it learned something new *that I didn't teach them* by asking around or searching the internet. Yay for autonomy and such.

@Mathowitz @Desmos I paused it after each period so that couldn’t happen. Safe to say there’s been zero poaching this year :)

@doingmath @Desmos Integrated 3, but you could do this with anyone. My pre-calc colleague is doing it with her class as well. Here is the project description:

@koshak25 @Desmos We are working on Day 8. I paused it after the period each of the first 5 days, and it's been open the last 3 days for them to work on it at home. They were mad at me for *not* allowing homework. Go figure.
