@djthornton97 Right! First point was assumed in my tweet (though not clear). I can see increased rents not fully offsetting increased incomes for high-skilled workers. Not obvious for other workers though. And good second point—I shouldn't be so city-centric haha.

Sensei 🙏 My original tweet wasn't clear, but I was assuming that incomes would rise (reflecting the higher productivity), and this would push prices and rents up. Would the response to this be that the increase in prices/rents won't fully eat up the increase in incomes? I can see this being true for high-skilled workers at least.
