how to build a 100-creator content factory for your app startup you only need 3 things: 1. volume 2. taste 3. rizz 1/ VOLUME how to get volume - outbound or inbound. database scraping, cold email, mass DMs with VAs, etc. the method doesn't matter. what matters is that you have the VOLUME, period if you want 100 creators you need 1000 positive replies, for 1000 positive replies you need 100,000 outreach 2/ TASTE you need to know what you're looking for. sure chad ram the cold emails but what are you actually looking for in these creators do they get views- but beyond that, do they know how to make conversion focused content, do they understand hooks, do they understand pain points and solutions. is this person just a tiktoker who dances on trends, or a marketer who happens to make videos 3/ RIZZ so you know what you're looking for, and you're reaching out to 1000s of them every day. how do you get those 0.1% of goated underpriced creators to work for you. don't be yet another brand in their DMs saying "hi i will pay you for post pls" this comes down to what you can offer. is it clout by association with a cool brand, pride in working on something with social impact, promise of career growth because you can actually help them make better content have rizz thank u for coming to my ted talk
